Credit Application

Thank you for your interest in Thomco.
If you would like to apply for an open credit account, please complete the credit application by clicking here and have it signed by an authorized representative of your company. You may substitute a prepared form on company letterhead containing the same information requested on the credit application in lieu of completing page 1; however, Thomco requires that page 2 of our credit application be signed and returned for all applications.

Upon receipt of the completed and signed application, we will establish an open account for your company with up to a $2,500.00 credit limit. If at any point your needs should exceed this amount, we will initiate a credit inquiry with your supplied trade references in consideration of a higher limit.


If you require immediate processing of your order, Thomco accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express at the time of order placement. We also accept payment via ACH, wire transfer or Paypal to assist in expediting your order. Additional information is available upon request.


Thomco’s payment terms are 1% 10, Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice. The 1% discount is a cash discount and is not available on payments made via credit card. Please remit check payments to the address on the credit application.


If the product purchased qualifies for exemption from sales and use tax, please include proof of exemption with your application. All orders shipping to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee will include sales tax until a properly completed exemption certificate has been provided.
